The population of Vermont (2003 est.) is over 621,000. Vermont consists of 9,250 sq. miles. Montpelier is the capitol and Burlington is the biggest city with a population of (2003 est.) over 39,000. The largest employer is IBM. The biggest airport is Burlington International Airport. We are also serviced by Amtrak.

In the fall, our green mountains are ablaze with beautiful gold's, reds and orange from the native sugar maples. While here, don't forget to sample some of our famous native treats such as Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream, Green Mountain Coffee, and Cabot Cheese or one of our many fine products.
